Established in 2009, ableworks.ca was formed to achieve two goals:

• Meet the staffing needs of employers in Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, Norfolk and Brant
• Increase awareness of the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) to increase employment opportunities for people who happen to have a disability
